    Well, Monday was a national holiday; it was my birthday and I Ā had a fabulous day of celebration. I had a great time. The love that was shown to me was priceless. The gifts, cards,text messages,phones calls…I just loved every minute of it. It made me want to give something back.

  • Breathe Again – Why the Butterfly & Healing from Grief

    Ā This past year has been one of the worst years of my life and one that Iā€™ve learned the greatest lessons.

    Healing from Grief is an individual experience.

    There were times I didnā€™t want to get out of bed and times I just didnā€™t know who I was. I would look in the mirror and see myself, but didnā€™t feel like myself.

    I would encourage and minister to others and have to take those same words and encourage myself.

    So many tearsā€¦..so much pain this year.

    I grieved the loss of so many things – People,Places & Things. Ā Things I lost and things I never had. Someone said ā€œyou canā€™t miss what you never had.ā€ But thatā€™s a lie.

    Let me explain.
